Retail Returns Policy

We offer a Returns Policy that is very customer friendly and is as follows:

1) A customer can return an item within 14 days of the day of purchase with no questions asked. A full refund will be given for the product cost. Postage costs are a service that has been used and therefore cannot be refunded.

2) All products are covered by a free of charge one year guarantee. If, during this one year period, the item appears faulty or the item has a clear manufacture problem, a like for like replacement is sent to them, and the customer is asked to return the faulty item to DJC Electronics.

3) All products returned should be returned in an undamaged and unused state. Should a product be returned within or outside the 14 day 'No Questions Asked' period, and returned for a replacement or refund, DJC are only liable to resolve the issue by repairing under the products guarantee should this still apply.

4) After 48 hours of the customer receiving the item, DJC Electronics cannot take returns of damaged items due to scratching, disfigurement, etc. After this 48 hours, it is deemed the customers use of the products and their responsibility.

5) We are able to refund the customer the cost of returning a product to us, up to the cost of standard shipping charge (Royal Mail 2nd Class standard for UK-based customers) which will be calculated dependent on the original delivery destination. Should a product be returned in a non faulty state, reimbursement of return postage can not be sent. This applies only to retail customers purchasing a DJC product from DJC Electronics Ltd.

In the unlikely event that the customer would like to return an order for a refund or replacement please follow the following procedure for the most efficient service:

Replacement Needed-
1) Let us know the situation, and we shall send you a Returns Reference Number. This is a four number reference which is unique to your return, and ensures we know the situation as quickly as possible on the returned item arriving to us.
2) We shall dispatch your replacement to your customers original shipping address, and will make you aware that this has been completed. The replacement will be sent by 2nd Class post, and will arrive within 2-5 working days (depending on the time of the year).

Refund Needed
1) Let us know the situation, and we shall send you a Returns Reference Number. This is a four number reference which is unique to your return, and ensures we know the situation as quickly as possible on the returned item arriving to us.
2) A full product refund shall be sent to you once we have received the product back to us. The product must be returned in its original condition with all necessary accessories (if applicable).

PLEASE NOTE: Please contact us to obtain your Returns Reference Number prior to sending back the product. This will ensure that we can act as efficiently as possible and sort the problem at hand fast.
